To receive a discount on your e-ticket, fill in the following in the order form under ‘Relationship number’:
For the Netherlands:
Your subscriber/relationship number (4 digits, otherwise 0 before the digits), then a space, then your postcode with a space between the digits and capital letters.
Example:1021 1333 TN
For abroad:
Your customer/relationship number, then a space, then your postcode with a hyphen at the end each other.
